Bermuda Bay Bird

This is another clean & simple monochromatic card that I did over the weekend. It's a little bleached out in the picture, but IRL it's very soft and pretty.
Stamps: Annie's Attic KOM Camillia
Paper: Whisper White, Bermuda Bay

Butterflies in Grey by Mark's Finest Paper

I just love this monochromatic card. The butterflies were stamped, cut out, then popped up with dimensionals. I think this card could be used for so many different things, a wedding, birthday, sympathy, every day "pick me up" just to name a few. I just love this stamp set called Daffodils adn Anise by Mark's Finest Paper.

Stamps: MFP Daffodils and Anise
Paper: Whisper White, Basic Grey
Ink: Basic Grey
Misc: 5/8" Basic Grey satin ribbon, pop dots, embossing folderm SU lable punch

I am really into clean and simple cards now as you will see over the next few days.

Reminder, I will be away for just over 2 weeks starting Friday. DH & I are going on a cruise to Alaska. I doubt I will be able to post anything from sea, and will be very busy when we're in port seeing all the sights. I can't wait to share some of our photos of the beautiful scenery and wildlife when we return.

Yeah, my Mojo is coming back!!!

The bottom card is the prototype I came up with for a friends mother's 75th birthday invitation. We ended up making the top card for the invitations. We had so much fun making these today. They really came out nicely I think. And we stamped a butterfly in pink on the outside of the card too.
Stamps: Inkadinkado butterfly medallion, MFP (sentiment)
Ink: Passion Pink & Basic Black
Paper: Whisper White, Passion Pink & Basic Black
Misc: Sizzix Big Shot, SU Butterlies Die, Embossing folders, 1/2 back pearls
I hope to have cards to post everyday through Thursday, but then I will be away for 2 weeks! DH & I are going on a 2 week Alaskan cruise starting next Friday. I am getting soooooooo excited! It's going to be so much fun.

Nothing to post today

Sorry that I haven't had any cards this week. I just haven't had any creative juices!!! I'm really in a rut! I'll try real hard to come up with some really great cards to post in the next few days.

I hope everyone is having a great week, and that your mojo is working!!!!!

Froggy Thanks You

My cardstock did not photograph well at all. This is really Lime Squeeze from Mark's Finest Paper, but it's all washed out in the photo. This is a very vibrant card IRL. I really like this paper because it is linen textured. Very nice!

Stamps: A Flower for All Seasons, Thanks from Annie's Attic
Paper: Rich Razzleberry, Whisper White, Lime Squeeze Linen texture (MFP)
Ink: Basic Grey, Rich Razleberry
Misc: SU markers, cricut Easter cartridge (scalloped circles)

It was a gorgeous day here in Northern VA. However, it's suppose to turn unseasonally cool tomorrow & Sunday. Too bad because I do have to do a little bit of yard work. A neighbor brought me a whole box of hostas that she divided. I've got to get them in the ground!

I just love Anna Griffin things, and this image is no exception. I used mellow moss & rose red to color the stamp before I stamped it. And you know how much I am into butterflies.
