Speedy the Cat's Friends Challenge Week #58
This is my card for this week's Speedy the Cat's challenge which was to use a 3-d flower on your card. I used a large Prima light pink rose. I also used the Summertime Roses stamp set by Mark's Finest Papers and stamped the rose twice. I cut out the center & popped it up, so it is 3-d also. The leaves are from Recollentions. I colored the rose with copics to match the backgroud paper. This is a birthday card, but it could easily be changed into a wedding or anniversary card.
Stamps: Summertime Roses
Ink: blushing bride
Paper: blushing bride
Misc: ribbon, Prima flowers, Recollections leaves, pop dots, copics
I hope you enjoy the challenge this week. Please play along with us over at Speedy the Cat's challenge blog.
Happy Stamping!

This is so pretty Patty. I love your pretty pink roses. So soft and feminine. The stamped rose image is awesome. Great job!!!

Just beautiful! You know that pink is merely a shad of RED, right? LOL! Hugs, Patty!
beautiful colors, Patty, and yes, this could easily be converted to a wedding card, good tip, to pop up the center of the card, i don't remember to do that.
What pretty flowers!! I love the soft pink colors you used, and your roses perfectly compliment each other! I love the ribbon too!!
Very pretty card. At first I thought they were both Prima flowers.
Very pretty Patty!!! Love your pink flowers!!
Your card is so pretty in pink! ;) I love the stamped rose...great idea!
Gorgeous Patty, love the pink!!!
Patty, looks like several of us loved those paper roses from Faith! LOL I know I love mine. :) You and I were even thinking along the same color lines, with the peachy pinks. Your Summertime roses are really pretty, too. :)
