This week Carol challenged us at Speedy the Cat's Friends challenge to distress our card in some way, so I distressed the corn husk and black CS with a distressing tool. It's kind of hard to see in the photo, but IRL it is distressed. I used some MS glitter to make the mane on the giraffe and I like the sparkle.
Please join us this week at Speedy the Cat's challenge. You could win the stamp set "Welcome Home".

I love that glitter on the giraffe! I also like that punched border - I don't think I've seen that one before.

Gorgeous Patty!!! Love the cute image!!!
That giraffe with glitter is just too cute. Reminds me of a song the kids used to have on a disney tape...the Giraffe is laughing, yes indeed, he's laughing. ha ha ha ha ha...they loved it.
Great color scheme and distressing. The glitter is a fab touch.

I love this image!!!! Wonderful way to border the card...it reminds me of the giraffe's looooong neck. ;)
I love that giraffe head and the glitter you added. Pretty punch...I always notice the punches as I love them. Running out of room for many more...guess they'll be all over the house. LOL
Great card!!!
What a handsome guy, that giraffe with his sparkly mane! I love giraffes, especially since I'd watch Baby Einstein videos about wild animals with my girls when they were babies.
