Speedy Fox & Friends challenge~~Add a Fence
Today's Speedy Fox and Friends challenge is to add a fence to your card. I didn't have a fence punch (other than Halloween) so I turned to my Cricut to see what I had there. I didn't have a "traditional" fence, but I found this cut on the Paper Trimmings Cartridge and thought it looked like a fancy fence, so I went with it.
I'm still working on my shading, so I really concentrated on my coloring again this week. You can't really tell that Santa's suit is shaded in the photo, but you can a little bit IRL. I probably should have used a little darker red for my shadow. Oh well, next time.........
Stamps: Holly Jolly Greetings
Paper: Snow Storm Smooth, Speedy Cat Black Linen by MFP, Christmas DSP
Ink: Palette Charcoal, Garden Green
Misc: Cricut Paper Trimmings Cartridge
Thanks for stopping by again today. I hope you like my little Santa card. Please play along with us this week at Speedy Fox & Friends challenge.
Happy Stamping!

Patty, I love your creativity with your fence and I mentioned it in my post this week! You did a great job coloring Santa! I am just starting out too...so much fun but lots to learn!
What a great idea for a fence! Just like the old Victorian fences.
Great job on Santa. Wonderful card!
Great idea for a fence. I can see your shading. Great job.
cute and creative!
Very cute. Using that punch was a great idea. It looks like the top of a wrought iron fence. Great thinking!
Creative use of the border punch for a fence.
