Note Pad Cover
This is a covered note pad that I got at Michael's for $1.50. I used the stamp set "USA Heroes" by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co. and colored the image and sentiment with my Spectrum Noir pens. I am pleased the way this turned out.
Stamps: USA Heroes
Paper: Snow Strom Smooth, Cherry Slush, DP3-
Ink: Momento Tuxedo Black
Misc: Spectrum Noir Pens
I hope everyone had a fabulous 4th, and have a wonderful weekend!

Happy Birthday America!!!
I thought this was a great card to post the day before the 4th of July. I used two different stamp sets from Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co called "USA Heroes" and "Be Proud" for the sentiment. I used my nesties star circle die to cut out the image, and then backed it with Dark Night Navy CS. I colored the star with my Spectrum Noir pens.
Stamps: USA Heroes, Be Proud
Paper: Snow Storm Smooth, Cherry Slush, Dark Night Navy by MFP, DP
Ink: Momento Tuxedo Black, Night of Navy, Tim Holtz Distress Ink Barn Door
Misc: Nesties
I hope everyone has a very happy and safe 4th of July! God Bless America!

Featured Designer and a Video Tutorial
I'm today's Featured Designer for Speedy TV. I decided to do a Post-It Note Matchbook cover. Since it's almost the 4th of July, I decided to go with an Americana theme. The stamp set I chose is from "Liberty Lady" mini stamp set by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co. I used a Martha Stewart star punch for the background. All of the papers can be purchased at Mark's Finest Papers as well as the stamp set.
Here's the tutorial:
I hope you'll give this a try.
Happy Stamping!
