Isn't this the cutest little stamp set???  I just love the frog with this umbrella!  Too cute!  And this is my first side step card attempt.  I really like making them now!  I thought that they would be hard to make, but they really aren't.  I had to try a couple of times to get the folding correct, but after that, easy peasy!

Blog Hop Day 2~~Hum Along

Today we are featuring the stamp set "Hum Along".  I love this stamp set!!!  I stamped the hummingbird, then cut it out and popped him up on some foam dots.  I used my glitter pen to color in his breast to make it sparkle, although you can't tell it in the photo.

Here Comes Peter Cottontail & Music to "Hum" along to

As promised, I made a Spring/Easter card using the same design/layout as my card from yesterday.  I used 2 different stamp sets by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co.  The focal image is the stamp set you get for FREE for participating in our current swap over on Speedy TV called "Easter Scene"  The background is stamped with the mini stamp set "Spring Joy".

Nature's Second Spring

Easter Bunny Egg~~Please scroll down one post for Speedy Fox & Friends challenge

This is my card for today's Inspiration Challenge over on SCS.  I used the stamp set "Easter Scene" by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co.  It's the free set you get with our swap on Speedy TV.  Maybe you will want to join our swap, there's still time!

This is a center step card.  I used the nestie egg dies to cut out the image, and the two DSP papers behind it.  The image fits almost perfectly in the nestie egg die.

Speedy Fox & Friends challenge~~use pink, brown & white

 

I love pink & brown together!  I chose to use the stamp set "In My Den" by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co.  I stamped the chair on some Bella Rose DSP that looked like upholstery fabric and cut it out.  I stamped the books, colored them with my Copics and cut them out also.  I decided that a Center Step card with the perfect background for this card.  I thought the big oversized brads looked like big buttons.
