I needed some sympathy cards to have on hand at work, and this is one of the ones I came up with. All supplies for this card are available at Mark's Finest Papers You can't really tell it in the picture, but there is a small swan charm hanging from the ribbon.

Ink: Versa Mark, Palette Noir
Misc: black embossing powder, swan charm, ribbon, Sizzix embossing folder
