Pretty Asian Birthday & today is Winnie's 3rd birthday

I just love these colors together! Don't you? I haven't used the In Colors from SU very much this year, they haven't been my favorite like last year, however, I do like Melon Mambo & Bermuda Bay together. And they just seem to scream Asian to me for some reason. Here's the deets:

Paper: Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay & Whisper White
Ink: SU Markers Crushed Curry, Melon Mambo, Soft Suede & Bermuda Bay
Stamps: Asian Artistry
Misc: 1 1/4" & 1 3/8" circle punch, scallop circle punch, pearls

They are calling for more snow for us tonight, tomorrow and tomorrow night. However, I have made up my mind that it will not snow at my house, so even if it does, I'm going to pretend that it didn't snow. That's it. No more snow for Patty for the rest of the season. LOL

Also, today is Winnie's birthday. She is 3 today. However, she didn't get a party or a cake since it was the middle of the week. :-)

Hope everyone is having a great week.

Hello again. I almost feel like I need to introduce mayself as I have been away for so long! So, sometimes life just gets in the way! LOL

Hopefully everyone is doing well and loving life!

It rained instead of snowed today. YEAH!!!! I think I would have gone into hibernation if it had snowed again. We still have over a foot of snow in our front yard!!!!! It's not going away til July 4th, I'm positive of that! LOL

Stamps: unknown acrylic, Office Ephemra
Paper: More Mustard, Chocolate Chip, Creamy Caramel
Ink" Chocolate Chip, More Mustard
Misc: gold cord, brass brads, distressing tool

I'll try to post every day this week, so check back regularly.

I'm really enjoying these easle cards, and they seem to go so well with the Asian motifs. I like both of these color ways also. The orange (dusty durango) one was made for the Color Challenge over on SCS this week. I didn't think I'd like these colors together, yet they do work well together. Here's the deets:

Paper: Sage Shadow, Chocolate Chip, Dusty Durango, Whisper White
Ink: Dusty Durango (used w/blender pen to color kimono), Chocolate Chip & Sage Shadow
Misc: 1 1/4" & 1 3/8" circle punches, scallop corner & border punches
Pink:
Stamps: unknown acryllic
Paper: Whisper White, Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay
Ink Basic Grey, Certainly Celery, Bermuda Bay, Melon Mambo (used with blender pen to color in kimono)
Misc: 1 1/4" & 1 3/8" circle punches, scallop corner & border punches)
They are calling for more snow on Mon & Tues!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe it, although they are saying it won't be measured in feet this time, just inches. However, we have enough snow to last til at least Easter if not the 4th of July! LOL
Have a great weekend!
