Inchie Birthday

The little stamps are some Inkadinkado stamps that I forgot I had. The punch is a Creating Memories that I forgot I had, so I put the 2 together and viola' a birthday card.
Things have been very busy this week, and next week will be absolutely non-stop for us, so this may be my last post for a couple of weeks. I'll try to post, but can't promise anything.
Happy Stamping!

Christmas 1

I bought a Hot off the Press kit a couple of years ago. It has all kinds of DSP, cut outs, ribbon, brads, etc, so I got it out and started making Christmas cards. I even used some of the paper to line the envies! This is really getting me in the mood for Christmas!!!

Hope everyone is having a great week. Winnie goes to the groomer today, so she will be beautiful when I pick her up this evening.

Have a great day!

MMSC18

This is my interpretation of the MMSC18 challenge. As always it was so much fun! Here's Priscilla's blog. I encourage you to check it out! http://www.priscillastyles.blogspot.com/
I will only be posting sporadically for the next few weeks. I am starting to pack up/organize my craft room in anticcipation of our big move coming up the first few days of Oct. 3 of my 4 paper organizers came today (the 12x12 ones) and I'm so excited. DH build me one, but decided it was just as cheap to order them on-line. The ones I bought were white wire, similar to what you see in the stores. My new craft room is going to be so wonderful. I'll have to post pics after we get settled!

Calendars and Pads

I found these pads/calendars at Michaels. So I bought 25 of them. I thought I might make them & give them to the girls at the office as part of their holiday gifts, and give to some friends of mine as little "just because". These were really fun to do.
Hope everyone is having a great week. Tomorrow is Friday, which means PIZZA NIGHT at the Penn household. YEAH!

Christmas Lovely

I just love this card. It's very vibrant IRL. I made it for the last VSN on SCS last month, but never got it loaded. Yes, I know, I have more cards that didn't get loaded than loaded. I'll do better next time! LOL

I had a very productive day at work today, and love the fact that there's only 3 more days in the work week.

My friend that came over yesterday can't wait to do more stamping!!!! She even dreamed about stamping last night! I think I've created a monster, just like the rest of us!! LOL

Here's the deets on my card:

Stamps: Lovely as a Tree, Christmas Cardinal (sentiment)
Paper: Going Grey, Real Red, Whisper White
Ink: VersaMark
Misc: Red embossing power, silver embossing powder, ribbon, sticker

Have a wonderful evening, and make sure to scroll down to the post below this one, becasue there's blog candy up for grabs!!!

Sweet Pansies

This is such a sweet card IMO. Pansies are my favorite flowers to grow. I love all the colors and kinds! They are just lovely to behold.

This card is one of 2 that you get to make with the Simply Sent set from Stampin' Up. You get enough pre-cut card stock to make 10 cards total, 5 of each image. You also get 3 ink spots, the aqua painter & all the other items necessary to make the cards including glue dots. Let me know if you're interested in more purchasing information.

Stamps: Petite Pansies
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Old Olive, Perfect Plum
Paper: Close to Cocoa, Elegant Eggplant, Very Vanilla Perfect Plum
Misc: aqua painter, grossgrain ribbon, distressing tool

Winnie & I went out to a local stamping store today. It was a beautiful day, so we had the top down on the car. Winnie was strapped into her car seat, and we just let our hair blow in the wind. It was so nice, except we tried to come home a different way than we went out there, and of course we got lost! But, eventually we found a road we knew and made it home.

Still haven't rented our townhouse, so please keep good thoughts for us. I did get an email from someone moving from CA who is interested in looking at it. I'll call him in a little while.

Guess that's about it for this evening. Hope everyone is having a wonderful long weekend.

Pretty Ornaments Card

These colors are really washed out on this card. They are much darker IRL. I really wish you could see it in real life too!

Sorry I haven't posted in a few days. Had to get my nails done one night, and my hair another night, and was really really tired last night (Friday), but I'm back now.

Here's the deets on the card:

Stamps: Delightful Decorations (available in the Stampin' Up mini catalog)
Ink: Real Red
Paper: Real Red, Whisper White, Merry Moments DSP
Misc: ornament punch (available in the mini catalog), gold braided cord, 3/4" circle punch, pop dots

I hope everyone is having a lovely Labor Day weekend. It's turned back warm here (93 today) even though they said mid 80s.

Have a wonderful evening.

Happy Stamping!

Green Cherry Birthday

I was going for a rustic look with this card, but it didn't turn out quite like I thought it should. Therefore, this is the only one I made. Let me know what you think.

Stamps: Simple Delights
Paper: Kiwi Kiss, Close to Cocoa , unknown DSP
Ink: Kiwi Kiss
Misc: Cardmakers Card Quotes, chalks

Sorry I didn't get a post done last night. We met the realtor at our new house to do another walk through to make notes of anything that the builder needed to address before we go to closing. I had forgotten a lot about the house, so it was really good to get back in there & get a look around. DH also took pics so we can refer to them.
