Twisted Easel Lighthouse~~Please scroll down one post for the Speedy Fox Challenge

I made this twisted easel card for the Inspiration Challenge over on SCS today.  The inspiration gallery was from National Geographic.  I chose the Cape Hatteras NC photo as my inspiration.  I stippled the background before stamping the lighthouse image and the sentiment.  All of the images are from the stamp set "Lighthouses" by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co

Stamps:  Lighthouses
Paper:  Snow Storm Smooth, Aged Berry by MFP, metallic blue
Ink:  Tim Holtz Distress Inks Crushed Olive & Stormy Sky, Momento Tuxedo Black, Midnight Muse
Misc:  Nesties, button, pop dots

Here's the video tutorial

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  I hope you like my twisted easel card.

And don't forget to sign up for my blog candy that will be given away on 10 Aug.  I will announce the winner on 11 Aug.  Just click on the picture of the blog candy at the top of my blog and it will take you directly to blog post to sign up.

Happy Stamping!

Patty,
Your card is gorgeous! The BG is lovely and the base is awesome. And, I can't tell you how glad I am to see a tutorial on a twisted easel - I need to learn how to do that for an upcoming challenge. TFS - off to watch the video!
