Golden Yellow Rose

Today's CAS challenge over on SCS.  The site was called "Golden Summer" and I used the title as my inspiration.  I used the stamp set "Love Remains" by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heiinrich Company.

Flowers on the Wall

This is my card for today's Featured Stamper challenge over on SCS.  I used the emboss resist technique.  I haven't done this technique in a long time.  I used the stamp set "Brick Wall" by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Company.  I haven't used this stamp set in a long time either, in the past 2 days I've made 3 cards with the set.  You will see the other 2 cards over the next week or so.

Pansy Notebook in Turquoise

My project today is for the inspiration challenge over on SCS. The site for the inspiration is called Everything Turquoise.  Great site.  Lots of inspiration.

Lavendar Rose and Mariposa

I had a rose bush in Texas that was almost the color of this rose.  It was such a beautiful rose bush!  My roses did the best there in Texas becasue we didn't have a lot of humidity, therefore I didn't have black spot very often, and my husband installed bubbles to water them daily.  I have never had as much luck with roses as when we were at Ft Hood, TX. 

This is a new stamp set that will be released tomorrow by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Company called "Love Remains".  It is such a beautiful rose set!

No Bull!!!

I needed some masculine birthday cards, so I decided to use the stamp set "Buffalo Spring" by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Company   I like the way it turned out, so I may submit it to see if I can get it published in a magazine.

Pussy Willow Gatefold CAS Birthday card

I hadn't made a gatefold card in a long time, and I love the was this one came out.  It was very quick and easy to make, especially since I didn't color the image.  I stamped the image on China Blue Eyes paper by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Company  I hope the recipient likes it as much as I do.

Blue Black Eyed Susans

I was in the mood to make my flowers blue, so that explains why my Black Eyed Susans are blue, not yellow.  I may make another card and make them pink or purple......who knows........LOL!  :-)

When Life Give You Lemons........

Today's CAS challenge over on SCS was "beverages".  I love lemonade in the summer, so this is the card I came up with.   The stamp set is "Pucker Up" by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Company  The inside of the card says "throw them back and demand chocolate".  I think that is hilarious!
