Speedy Fox & Friends Challenge~~Paper Piecing

I haven't used this stamp in ages, (Celebrate Big by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co) but when I saw today's challenge was paper piecing, I knew exactly what I wanted to make.  I paper pieced the cupcake "paper" with some designer paper I had in my stash.  I then popped it up on the chef's tray.

Stamps:  Celebrate Big
Paper:  Snow Storm Smooth, Pink Pirouette, Riding Hood Red, Bella Rose DSP, unknown DSP
Ink:  Palette Noir Black
Misc:  button, twine, pop dots

I hope you'll join us for this fun challenge this week.  You can find the details and more inspiration at Speedy Fox & Friends

Happy Stamping!

Adorable! Your cupcake liner turned out amazing!! You can really see the pattern! I tried a cupcake holder today and I have to say mine didn't come out that striking. I like my card but not the cupcake holder itself. This is awesome and it makes me hungry for a cupcake!

A very cute card, I love that you paper pieced the paper liner of the cupcake. The red checked paper is a perfect choice to use with the chef.

Patty,
What an adorable card!! I love the DP on the cupcake wrapper. I just saw some adorable printed wrappers the other day - didn't even know they made wrappers other than plain colors. I love the DP in your BG and I love your card.
