Waterfall Card Video Tutorial for Featured Designer

I'm the Featured Designer over on Speedy TV today.  I decided to do a video tutorial on how the make a Waterfall Card.  I used the stamp set "Christmas Selections" by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co.  I hope you enjoy the video!

Speedy Fox & Friends Challenge~~Easel Card

This week for Speedy Fox & Friends Blog Challenge Pat asked used to make an easel card.  I hadn't made an easel card in a long time.  And I had forgotten how pretty they are.  I used the stamp set "Hum Along" by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co.  I hope you'll play along with us this week!

Speedy Fox & Friends~~Use a Punched Border

The Speedy Fox & Friends blog challenge this week is to use a punched border.  I used Fresh Spearmint CS and a MS punch for my border.  The stamp set is from Mark's Finest Papers called "Glad Glads".   The butterfly is in the same set, but is a separate stamp.

I have not made a waterfall card in a long time!  I really had fun with it.  I'm going to be the Featured Designer on 30 April, so I am making a video tutorial on how to make a waterfall card.  Please come back on the 30th to view the video.

Isn't this just the cutest set?  I think it would be perfect for a little boy's birthday party invitations or something.  I made mine a get well card though, because I thought the sentiment was just too funny!

I love this month's stamp set, and I must admit that today's featured set might be my favorite of them all!  It just said to me that I had to make a center step card!  LOL

It's Spring!

 

I made this card for the Featured Stamper challenge over on SCS.  I really like the layout, and may make some others based on it.

Speedy Fox & Friends~~Use White Embossing Powder

This week's blog challenge for Speedy Fox & Friends is to use white embossing powder.  I love white on red, and so I used the stamp set "Love Script" by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co.  I thought it was the perfect set to use white embossing powder.  I used Versa Mark to stamp the background and then used MFP embossing powder white to make the background.

Speedy Fox Blog Challenge~~Make a Bookmark

 



This weeks Speedy Fox and Friends blog challenge is to make a bookmark.  My base is cute 7"x3" using MFP Strawberry Milk CS.  I used a MS border punch along both long sides.  The center is a piece of Snow Storm Smooth CS cut at 7"x1 7/8".  I used the stamp set "Glad Glads" and colored the image with my Copics.  I hope you'll play along with us this week!
