Speedy Fox & Friends challenge~~cooking

Our Speedy Fox & Friends blog challenge for this week is cooking!  Boy--is cooking a challenge for me!  LOL  This card was much easier than anything I do in the kitchen.  DH does most of  the cooking at our house.  :-)

I like the simplicity of this card.  I used the stamp set "Celebrate Big" by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co.  I colored the chef and the fruit with my Spectrum Noir pens.  I fussy cut the fruit and popped it up on the tray that the chef is holding.  It needed a little something else, so I used some 1/8" yellow polka dotted ribbon to tie a bow to finish off this quick & easy card.

Stamps:  Celebrate Big
Paper:  Snow Storm Smooth, red from my stash, yellow polka dotted DP
Ink:  Momento Tuxedo Black
Misc:  ribbon, Spectrum Noir pens

I hope you'll play along with us this week.  You could be the lucky winner of this stamp set

Have a great Saturday!

Happy Stamping!
Patty & Winnie

Love that little chef -- and he's going the healthy route today, with that bowl of fruit.

A very cute card, I love the yellow polka paper. The fruit looks wonderful. You and Kathy were on the same wave length. She and I did that on another challenge this week. So funny how that happens.

Patty,
We must have been thinking along the same lines for this challenge!! Your card is adorable and I really love that pretty polka dot DP - the colors are bright and happy. I feel the exact same way about cooking!
