Deer in the Forest
The name of this stamp set is "Bow Hunting" by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co. However, I decided I wanted to make a CAS Christmas card, and this is what I came up with. I love the tree in this set, and thought it looked so pretty with the white tail deer. When we lived in Texas we had a lot of deer, and one morning I counted 13 deer in my front yard. We kept a salt lick and cracked corn for them, and always found it magical to watch them!
I stipple the "snow" with 2 light colors of blue ink and colored the deer with my Spectrum Noir Pens.
Stamps: Bow Hunting
Paper: Snow Storm Smooth
Ink: Always Artichoke, Soft Suede, Marina Mist, Soft Sky
Misc: Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz, Spectrum Noir Pens
Thanks for stopping by again today!
Happy Stamping!

Patty, I love your wooded scene. Great coloring and stippling. We had also have deer that come in the front yard. There were 12 tonight. With the snow, they are looking for food.
Great scene with the deer, making for a lovely Christmas card.
Patty,
Very pretty scene - it reminds me of a frosty and foggy morning in the woods!
