A Pink Rose for You

I just love roses, and this is quickly becoming my favorite rose stamp. It is so easy to color with chalks, prismas and baby oil, water colors or whatever your preferred method is. This time I used prismas & baby oil. I colored the image, then cut out the rose & the leaves, then popped them up with pop dots. The stamp set is called Flowers for You by Mark's Finest Papers. I used 2 different ribbons on this card. You can't tell it, but the lighter one is pink with a small metallic thread running through it. It is very pretty. I sponged around the edges of the DSP with the always artichoke ink. I got the charm from Mark's Finest Papers also.

Stamps: Roses for You
Paper: Certainly Celery DSP, Always Artichoke
Ink: Always Artichoke, Pretty In Pink
Misc: ribbon, rose charm, prismas, baby oil, blending stumps

Have a wonderful 4th of July!

Happy Stamping!

Patty, this is lovely. I like those background panels. They really make the image pop. Simply delightful.
