Speedy Fox & Friends Challenge~~Doodle a Frame

Welcome to this week's Speedy Fox & Friends blog challenge!  This we were are to make a doodle frame around our image.  I used the stamp set "Silly Shells" by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co.  I decided to  go with more of a CAS card since I was going to add my doodles.   I also used the stamp set "Scenic Selections" to add the sea gulls to my image.  You can't tell it, but there are sea shells on the DSP behind the image.  I sponged the DSP with Midnight Muse ink to give it a little more definition.

Stamps:  Silly Shells, Daffodil Delight (sentiment)
Paper:  Snow Storm Smooth, Baroque Burgandy, Midnight Muse
Ink:  Midnight Muse, Palette Noir Black
Misc:  ribbon

I like this card so much, I think I may make more of them to use for my February masculine birthday cards.

Thanks for stopping by.

Happy Stamping!
Patty & Winnie

Very pretty, I love red and white. You did a great job with your doodling and I like how you added the sea gulls from Scenic Selections.

I love the look you achieved with this stamp! Absolutely gorgeous card! Love the red with that gorgeous boat.

My daughter told me she didn't like ANYTHING about my doodle frame card. I almost made another card but I had sympathy cards I needed to create and mail out!

So very pretty - and it looks so peaceful. I could see myself sitting in a chair just relaxing! Beautiful card and scene.
