Birthday Butterfly & Lemon Cards

I have 2 cards to post today, so please make sure you scroll all the way down to the bottom of this post.  I CASEd both cards for the Featured Stamper challenge on SCS.  The Featured Stamper this week is Janice Melton aka Catcrazy on SCS.  She has a lovely gallery, and I found so much inspirastion there!

This card is called Butterfly Birthday, and I used the new mini stamp set that you get for free if you buy all 4 of the new February stamp sets from Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Company.  I love the simpliciy of the card.  The butterfly stamp actually has the butterfly sitting on an egg, but I cut the butterfly out and popped it up on pop dots.

Stamps:  Spring Joy mini stamp set
Paper:  Snow Storm Smooth, Momma's Favorite Purple by MFP
Ink:  Tim Holtz Distress Ink Dusty Concord
Misc:  Copics, Embossing Folder

I love the layout of this card.  Janice used pears, but I chose the lemon from the stamp set "Pucker Up" by MFP, a Heinrich Co.  All supplies except the brads for this card is available at MFP.

Stamps:  Pucker Up
Paper:  Snow Storm Smooth, Limeade, Momma's Favorite Purple, Violets in Bloom, Prima Paper
            Pad "Fairly Flora"
Ink:  Palette Noir Black
Misc:  Copics, ribbon, nesties, brads

I hope you have a wonderful week next week!

Happy Stamping!

Two beautiful cards - and both elegant. I love the Pucker Up set - it's on my "to get" list! Wonderful cards, as always, Patty!
