You Are Cherished

Today's featured stamper over on SCS was Darsie, and she has one gorgeous gallery!  I finally ssettled on this card to CASE.  I really had a lot of fun making this card.  Her card had a flower stamp at the top and bottom of the sentiment, but since I didn't have an appropriate flower stamp I used paper flowers and MS ferns and leaf punches.  I really like the way this card turned out.  It's what I had in my head when I started.  Don't you just love it when an idea comes together the way you have it imagined???

Stamps:  You Are Cherished by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Company
Paper:  Snow Storm Smooth, Grandmother's Lightest Pink, Cherry Slush
Ink:  Palette Noir Black, Tim Holtz Distress ink Barn Door (available @ MFP)
Misc:  MS Fern & leaves punches, MS heart corner and border punches, paper flowers, pearls, nesties, bling

I'm feeling better today, but think I'll lay down for a while, as this card took me about 45-60 minutes to construct.  But I think the end product was definitely worth it!

Happy Stamping!
Patty & Winnie
